Description

From the beginning of the history of the triangle has been a very used instrument by percussionists of all styles. And throughout that time his design has remained essentially the same: a single metal rod bent in the form of a triangle. He touches holding it with a hand or suspending it in a track and hitting it with a drumstick metal holding in the another hand. The execution of any kind of creative rhythms has always required the use of two hands. Not anymore. Thank you the doug Hinrichs' imagination (the Broadway musician who won the Tony "In The Heights" Award) and the creative talents of the LP design team, the humble triangle has experienced a high-tech renovation. The result is the One Handed LP Triangle (LP311H). Everything is new in the triangle of one hand. Instead of being suspended by a cord, the specially folded triangle bar is contained entirely within a plastic bra that is "ventilated" in such a way that it retains all the support and projection capabilities the bar. This bra also contains a "bala" blow wrapped in Teflon that moves on a track between the sides of the bar. Size and weight the hitting bullet have been carefully selected to produce the optimal volume and sustain the triangle bar. The tOH’s outward form allows it to comfortably burn the hand of the percussionist, facilitating the creating a wide variety of movements. Strategically placed openings provide access to fingers the triangle bar itself, allowing an open and ensordinated execution of the triangle. This makes TUM particularly applicable at Brazilian and Latino rhythms. It can even produce sustained rdobles of triangle. The fact that the TOH can do all this while holding in one hand forces to ask a difficult question to the percussionist:What should you touch with the how about a shaker? A baker? A second TOH. The possibilities are endless. Try the Triangle for an LP Hand today. But be careful. Once you have it in one hand, it'll cost you a job to drop it again.
