Focal Twin 6 Monitor

Made in France, Twin6 is a 2.5-way monitor that offers transparency, a definition level, a dynamic and a precision of the acoustic stage without equivalent. Its Focus mode uses a two-way configuration that allows you to stay in the “sweet spot” during the mix, gain space in the console and simplify wiring and monitor change.

In terms of technology and performance, Twin6 is equipped with an inverted dome beryll tweeter, a protective grid in "M" and a woofer with membrane in "W" whose frequency range reaches 10 kHz, especially designed for Focus mode. To this is added the technology patented by Focal Tuned Mass Damper (TMD), which reduces by 50% the distortion in the frequency range from 1 kHz to 3 kHz, a high step filter, an automatic stand-by mode that can be disabled and a 160 Hz filter for the reflections due to the consoles, to make Twin6 a reference monitor.

The composite membrane in «W», manufactured in France by Focal the response curve in frequency.
