Perfect to add new FX sounds to your set
The sound possibilities of this stack is truly spectacular and will open a new world to your music.
The sound of the Smack Stack depends entirely on you: you just have to tighten or loosen the and you will see clearly the difference. Yeah the pigeon is quite loose, a sound is created with enough sustain, while the pretty tight dove removes practically the sustain, producing a spectacular accent sound and you can use as a substitute for the sound of snare drum if you wish.
Construction
The cymbals HCS are created from a brass alloy, MS63 (MS = Mint State, 63 = copper percentage). The most major manufacturers use this formula for their cymbals initiation, because it is easy to work and is a relatively economical material.
Instead of melting, each cymbal is formed from a brass sheet that is pressed to obtain the desired form, later become and martille in the upper surface for later and finally polish the cymbal.
