With the FGDP, you have the freedom to assign voices to the pads according to your vision, but Yamaha recommends playing with 3 fingers. Take advantage of your thumb to play bass drum, middle finger for precise control of the puddles and index for the snare drum.

The initial position allows you to play basic rhythms effortlessly, like square brackets with one hand. You can use the another hand to touch the other pads arranged symmetrically to create more complex rhythms.
Equipped with a large number of pads designed to touch with your fingers, the FGDP allows you to differentiate from conventional MIDI samplers and pads.

Precision the implementation
