Through years of experience gained as a percussionist, drummer and educator, Mike Balter noticed that there was a lack of mallets quality in the market. Applying your experience and passion for the percussion, Balter began to produce mallets high quality to a price very reasonable and they quickly entered the baqueteros of thousands of percussionists. The continued dedication earned Mike Balter the prestigious 2015 Percussive Arts Society Lifetime Achievement Award.
