We offer the following payment methods for you to choose the one that best suits your needs:
Cash on Delivery
At Tam Tam Percussion, you can pay for your order in cash upon delivery. If your order total exceeds €100, a 1% fee will be charged on the total amount. For orders of €100 or less, the additional charge will only be €1.
It’s also important to know that upon receiving your order, you must pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery person, who is not required to have change available.
This payment method is only available for deliveries within the national territory and Portugal, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, and Andorra.
Credit Card
We accept both credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. For your security in all our online processes, your card payment will be handled with the highest security guarantees both on our secure server (SSL 128 bits) and on the bank's website, where your payment will be processed in their Virtual POS, and Tam Tam Percussion will not have access to your credit card information at any time.
Credit Card
You can now pay with Bizum in our online store. Make your purchases online quickly and securely. Just choose the "Pay with Bizum" option, enter your phone number, and validate the transaction. It’s that easy!
PayPal
When you purchase and choose payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to complete your payment (3% fee).

Once we confirm that your order is ready, you can make a bank transfer or direct payment at the counter to the following account:

Payment Methods for the EU
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal in euros; cash on delivery will not be available outside the Iberian Peninsula, and we do not transact in any currency other than euros.
Following the new VAT regulations applicable throughout the European Union from July 1, 2021, orders made by individuals will be invoiced applying the VAT of their country, not Spanish VAT.
Payment Methods for the Rest of the World
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal in euros. We do not transact in any currency other than euros.
Customers coming from third countries (not belonging to the EU) to collect their items in person will receive their invoice with the price and included 21% VAT. To deduct the VAT, the customer must present the DIVA document at customs; please contact us in advance to help you complete the necessary documentation. Any expenses incurred for VAT refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
