Normally all orders with items in stock placed before 15.00 hours leave the same day, so in the following 24/48 hours from the departure of the order (working days, Saturday is not counted as a working day) you will have it at home, if you order it from mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal or Andorra.
There are occasions in which it is not possible to send it with this promptness, due to some suppliers delaying their delivery times, customers getting ahead of other customers by taking the last available unit, material running out of stock, etc. In these cases we will inform you immediately of the delivery time of your order.
in some cases, your order will be sent in two different shipments, because the material is shipped from different warehouses. This does not imply any additional cost for you.
Orders containing items with different delivery times will be shipped when all products are available for a single shipment. In case you want us to send you the available products and the rest in a second shipment, there is no problem, but you would have to pay for a second shipment.
In most cases the transport companies will deliver to the customer's home, which does not mean that they are obliged to deliver the goods up elevators or stairs, but to deliver to the doorway, if it is a block of apartments, or to the front door if it is a single-family house (in most cases, delivery companies offer to deliver by hand to the customer's door or floor, but they are not obliged to do so).
Free shipping
If the amount of your purchase exceeds 169€ we will ship your order for FREE , (for shipments to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal).
If your order is less than 169€, the shipping costs will depend on the destination and the type of shipment you request.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar
Shipping costs: Shipments to these destinations will always be calculated and we will inform you for your subsequent payment.
- Delivery time Canary Islands: 7-12 working days from shipment (approx.).
- Delivery time Ceuta and Melilla: 5-7 working days from shipment (approx.).
- Delivery time Andorra and Gibraltar: 1-2 working days from shipment (approx.).
In these shipments are included in the CUSTOMS expenses (export DUA), but remember that when you receive the package you will have to pay the amount corresponding to the IGIC and the import DUA.
All our prices include VAT, but for our customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar there is an exemption of this tax, so that when accessing as a customer of these areas you will automatically see the prices with the VAT discounted.
Payment methods are the same as for mainland Spain except for cash on delivery which is not available for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar.
International shipments
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a summary of what you asked for together with an order number and the order confirmation.
Through My account you can track your order and get up-to-the-minute information on its location.
We do not charge for handling costs and all orders will be processed with no minimum purchase.

We do not charge handling fees and process all orders with no minimum order amount.
For European countries, this amount is only valid for continental territories.
The rest of the Zones are under quotation: once you place your order we will send you an email with the price you would have to pay for the shipping costs of your order.
