B-Stock and Outlet Products

B-Stock and Outlet items are products that by their nature cannot be sold as new. In this case, all of them will have a special price applied to them.

In spite of this, all products have been checked by specialists of our team and do not present any damage that affects the functioning of the product in any way. Below we explain what each category means:

What is a B-Stock product?

Products marked as B-Stock are items that have slight factory marks, due to having been exposed, used at the DrumFest by an artist of the brand or due to storage and that do not affect the performance of the material in any way. It may not be served in its original packaging. In many cases, the marks are not noticeable but for quality reasons we are obliged to sell them in this category.

What is an Outlet product?

New products that have not been exhibited and that are out of stock or in promotion due to stock renewal. They keep their original packaging.

All B-Stock and Outlet products sold on our website come with a 3 year warranty and quality check prior to shipment to ensure proper operation. This guarantee does not cover the marks and aesthetic flaws described above and for which they have been put on promotion.
