Apply for financing quickly and easily

Fill in the questionnaire with the information requested by Cetelem and you will receive an immediate response to your request. At the end of the process, you will know if it is possible to finance your purchase.

Send the documentation and receive your order

You will sign your contract digitally through an SMS sent by Cetelem to your cell phone, and you will be able to attach the requested documentation directly at the end of the process. The necessary documents are:

• ID card (both sides) or residence card (for foreign residents).
• Proof of income (last paycheck -for employees-, last income tax return -for self-employed-, or retirement letter -for retirees-).
• The first page of your bank book or a direct debit receipt showing the IBAN code. The contract holder must also be the account holder.

If the operation has been pre-approved, you will be able to attach the requested documentation during the financing process following the instructions provided. If the financing is approved by Cetelem, Tam Tam Percussion will immediately proceed to ship your order to the delivery address indicated.”
